Blender 2.80 Animall

In Blender 2.7x there is an Add Ons named Animall in Animation category, but it missing in Blender 2.80 How to enable it again in Blender 2.80 or will it be back again in the future? My main use of the AnimAll is to animate the vertex weight and animate vertex directly without using either shapekey or bones
