A little Doubt

Hello my friends, I been having a little doubt with blender because of my college classes. There we are been using 3ds Max instead of blender (but in home I use this beautiful software). And it is: In Max you have Ready and Custom Complex Objects, like the TeaPot, or the Doors. And I have been thinking, Blender have objects like this?(Except the monkey Head) if not native, it has a Add-on that adds ready and custom complex objects?
