I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese. It looks like you have some split edges or double vertices. Try to merge them. It could also be that you're experimenting with the new SubDiv. It's not easy to say. It would be good to let us know what version of Blender you are using, and if it's possible, please share your "scene" for others to download. I bet someone will solve your problem in seconds.
