Which blender version you recommend for absolute beginners?
I'm working on Unity Engine for years now and decided to learn how to use blender.
Which blender version have many good tutorials on YouTube? Should I start with 2.8 or 3.0.. or 3.2?

Last Long Term Support version have order magnitude more tutorials than other release. Blender fundamentals are same for each version, change are relevant after learn basics. Last supported LTS version is 2.93. After you can search tutorials for advanced beginner for 3.x release and start to use latest supported version (3.2.x). Tutorial related to Geometry Node in 2.93 use one old version of Geometry node, these tutorials are outdated and not more valid.
