nurbs in blender?

Hello

is there in blender tools for modeling nurbs as good as those that exist in rhinoceros? if not, does it have any plugin that models nurbs in blender?

if it exists how to model in nurbs in blender: does the object / model created in nurbs work as well in mapping / texturizing / render / processing / etc .. as the powerful meshes modeled with other resources?
