This new denoiser is incredible. I hope they plan to implement it into the viewport rendering at some point. That would be really handy to have it denoise your preview. V-ray does this with the Nvidia Optix denoiser and it's very handy, but not nearly as accurate as this one.

* Aren't they adding optix to blender? I heard they were, then I heard they weren't because it wasn't open source
