fake-bpy-module not working in VS Code

I've been trying to get VS Code setup for bpy

I'm running Python 3.10.3

I've installed the Blender Development tools from Jacques Lucke

I've installed 'pip install fake-bpy-module-3.3'

However I get the following message

Is there something else I'm missing here. Any help greatly appreciated.
