Did they release the source code yet. Because without the source code there is not much we can do about it. I know Nvidia as one of those companies that do not like sharing.
At least they should release a detailed documentation, so somebody could re-write the source code .
They give a dev kit to businesses that have a important use case, as long as the person applying has the proper cerdentials, maybe a blender rep can apply developer.nvidia.com/rendering-technologies/neuralvdb/early-access
