blend file Thumbnail preview on desktop

as from above image blend and rendered image are same in thumbnail.

I can't distinguish between these two files. add icon just like in file explore in blend files(as below) so we can find which files I want. I think this is a problem if you are like me who saves the current project file in the blend and render on desktop to find it more quickly.

if you know how can this preview work the same as file explore on desktop?

then help me here...
