Page Rig(empty rig with simple deform vs bendy bone rig)

I rigged 1 page with empty with simple deform modifier, and 1 rig with bendy bones. Which rig is better??? I have not found any tutorial regarding these!!! Can u give suggestions to improve the rigs.
