Embed customized hyperlink to external web page?

Hi, I'm just learning blender, and I'm now puzzled how to embed many custom https links to model, so that there is diffrent link per object (may that be ball or something).. Idea is that I could do 3D model with many hotspots that opens up popup when clicked, and the content of the popup would be different for each item.

I'm doing my model in Python3 with the Blender's editor. I'm at the stage that I can do a simple cube in Python3, using bpy module.

Please help ? :D
