How to make these kind of Eyes

So I like to draw, in 2D, the old Disney's eye and I want to learn how to make them in 3D in a character but my learning until now can't let me do. Anyone can help me? The "eyebrows" of it should be with the face and the eyes below. I'll really appreciate if someone could teach me this learn. I'm uploading my progress until now on Blender and a image of one of my draws as reference: imgur.com/a/P5gZyEn
