Bsurfaces retopo error for segments

Hi, I got the hang of bsurfaces retopo. Really great. But when I apply it I get 5 sections, and I cannot choose more or less sections per bsurface, like Blender normally would allow you. I have blender 2.79b installed on another directory which is not the default directory (for obvious versioning reasons) and I don´t know what can cause this error: Reference error: StructurRNA of Type object has been removed bpy.data.objects[ self.main_object.name ].select= True File: "E:\program Files\blender 2.79new\2.79\scripts\addons\mesh_bsurfaces.bpy", line 3086, in executre Traceback (most recent call last)".
