Why when I modify the shaders in "shading" mode it doesn't show me the effect on the blender render photo?

Good evening. I want to put the shaders on my blender creation, but when I put it, through the shading mode, it doesn't show the effect on the blender render photo. How can I make the photo with shaders? Please reply me, I'm a beginner. Thank you and have a good day.
