Problem with composition and color management

Hi there. I had a scene and set the color management to "Filmic" and "High Contrast", and then I made link copy (and i also tried the full copy) of this scene and set the color management to "Standard" and "Medium Contrast". Then I create some composition nodes in the first scene to make a mix of these two scenes. However, I find the two scenes share the same color management settings of the current scene, which means the diffenent color management setting in the second scene didn't work at the first scene's composition panel,these two "render layers" result looks totally same. Is this a bug or what? Appreciate.
