How to import textures along with model?

Hi, I am new to Blender, I had lots of expectation about the available tutorials and topics. However, I am struggling from ONE day to apply textures to an imported model. I've a model file xyz.fbx and at the same place, I also have all the texture files. When I import the fbx model, all I see is a scene without texture. Can someone help me to figure out how to apply textures?
