Any suggested render farm for connecting machines in a local network

Hello all, I have some machines that can be connected in a local network but not internet, so may I know if there is any good render farm for blender 2.80 to connect them since network renderer add-on no longer exists. Because no internet is connected, the blender cloud server could not be used. So if any one has built the blender cloud server together with flamenco successfully, could you share some experience with me, please? Much appreciated!
