Change Transparent Checkerboard image?

In 2.8 can you change or delete the checkerboard image?

Reason: -I live in transparent mode. I take and post a lot of screenshots. The JPG compression algorithm works better with out the checker pattern.
-The checker pattern is very distracting -The checker pattern visual fights the grid in ortho mode, almost a moria effect.
