I'm having a problem making part of a video faster than normal speed, while making other parts slower than normal speed. Is there any way to do this on Blender, and if so how.

did you use the speed effect on the video strip? it can play it faster or slower.
* @Vincent Girès * Yeah, I did that, but I'm trying to have part of it slower, and part of the video faster, and I'm having problems doing that, as you aren't able to adjust the length of the speed strip
