Why Eevee make PC very slow during render?
Hi, when I render with Eevee I can't do anything! Everything is slow. Even my browser. But when I render with Cycles this problem does not exist.

If you have only 1 graphics card, it will be used during render. That graphics card is also being used by the operating system to display stuff on your screen, making it feel slow.
Is it possible to reduce GPU usage in Eevee?

No. 100 GB free is in hard disk.
