Another interactive navigator (gizmo) design poposal

I made this interactive navigator design and I wanted to propose it to the blender institute. I think or at least I striven for something more dynamic and that shows how professional Blender is as a 3D program and that make people and enterprises think about what great products they would get done out of it.
