Bio Blender add-on
I created this add-on to speed up and improve the workflow of generating cellular and molecular visualizations within Blender. It includes a set of operators to import PDB files and ligands directly to Blender, it also generates biological membranes, viruses, DNA/RNA and includes a library of 14 materials. It also includes operators to scatter any number of proteins on top of biological membranes and an operator to simulate diffusion based on a collection of molecules.
