Newbie Render: Candy Donut

Hey folks,

The art work on the site is wonderful. Very inspiring!

As a new modeler in Blender, I was playing with the cycles render and principal bsdf, and this is what came out. I used specular strip lights for the environment effect and simple glossy settings in the shader. Comments are welcome :)
