Asking for PC help to keep going.

Hello, I am looking for help with getting a new pc. The reason being, I am wheelchair bound and a stay at home father of 2, In the past year I started learning Blender a 3D molding and animation software. I have become very passionate about making 3D models and animation sense then but the 10+ year old laptop I have can not support the new version of Blender or most of the projects I wish to do anymore. I am really hoping there is someone who can help me get a PC that will fit my needs as I don't know where to start and unfortunately money is a big problem because i can not work anymore.
