I try modify a model in edit mode but when switch to Object mode or any other mode,nothing changes.,
I downloaded a model from internet and i try to modify it but when i switch from edit mode to any other mode,the model remains the same as the original, nothing has changed.Can someone help?

Likely your object has shapekeys - If you search for "Shape" in the properties view you'll see them. The current shape of the mesh could be a pinned shape, or a mix of shapes, and the active shape (the one you edit) is not over 0.00. If you look in the top left corner of the edit mode screenshot, You'll see you're editing "MouthO' probably the mouth open shape.
Thank you! I unchecked all the shape but basis so i can edit the model now.
