Question please answer

first question i asked you how in edit mode see this lines with spots more thick ( line )because in normal view is not see very good like yesterday picture i put in with mark this is version 2.8. In version 2.79 is easy to change in preferences mode in Interface menu this mode (Edge Line Width) I was able to set a thicker line now, but in version 2.8 it looks like that no longer, or I couldn't find it again if I wanted to see the subject with the eyes a little better in edit mode (the lines are very thin line and the line you have is marked is so thin I hope that's a good explanation what i wont to tell i know that my English is not so good but i try
