Addon for Grease Pencil User

Hello, I've wrote a small add-on to help (i hope) people who use Grease Pencil. By using the shortcut crtl F, you can move the cursor and the last frame (that make the looping of the animation easier) and by using alt F you just move the cursor (for placing between animation). The number of frames can be choose on the scene panel of the Properties.
