Missing options in Render Bar
(I have a bad English)I was watching blender guru tutorial. I was at part 15. I have to use Sampling option in Render bar in
properties bar to denoise my render. But it is missing. Not only this but also most of the options are missing.

Do you have many add-ons installed? Probably one of them is breaking the rest of the interface. Try loading factory settings, go to File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings.
I just find out that these options just missing in layout workspace. But are showing in other layouts
