New to Game Development, Willing To Learn

Since Corona, I've been confronted with a lot less work and I decided to invest long-term, I work at a restaurant in the Nehterlands and work/hobby(football) , for me atleast, has been shut down. So I got a lot more time to invest. I've noticed a HUUUUUUUGE learning curve in scripting, modeling, sound design, you name it, bigger then I expected. I wish to learn more about the field to make sure I can still pay my bills and save up money. What are some technical requirements to run all the necassery game development tools available. Thanks in advance, what are the financial requirements to the teachers on the internet? I've also included a 3d-model for feedback.

(Idea: an artillery like unit, used in a Tactics Ogre like game. Also outer-wordly-esk, Is 1,6 gb big for a 3d-model?
