Blender 3.1 on an RTX A6000, 64 core Threadripper 256GB RAM PC

I Recently tried Blender on a 64 core Threadripper 256GB RAM PC with an RTX A6000 and I was shocked how badly optimised the Blender viewport is. I usually work with large scenes, tens of thousands of objects, millions of poligons, and my PC (6core i7, 64GB Ram, RTX3090) struggles sometimes and Blender gets laggy or even crashes. So I thought I give it a try on a real high end machine (it costs over 10k Euros).

It was literally no noticeable difference in the viewport!

This means Blender can not use the additional Ram, CPU cores and bigger GPU in the viewport editing. I understand that one of the main goals is that Blender can run on low end PCs, but it seems to be forgotten that in a professional use it's very important for a 3D software to be able to use all the available resources.
