Suggestion: Requesting tutorials "platform"

I came up with an idea for a place where the community can suggest and vote on tutorials they want to see. Blender YouTubers could monitor these requests and create tutorials based on popular demand.

The platform could also serve as a centralized hub to organize and share tutorials in a structured manner, like a documentation repository. If someone asks for a tutorial that already exists, we would simply redirect them to this page containing all the relevant links.

This system could help YouTubers identify gaps in tutorial coverage and create content to fill those gaps. It would also assist new YouTubers in finding unique tutorial ideas instead of duplicating existing ones.

I'd like to see an official Blender platform take the lead on this idea, leveraging its existing user base. We could assist in promoting the platform and spreading the word to YouTubers.
