Making add-on presets

It would be awesome if we could just have some add-on preset (which would simply be a playlist of add-on) and even link them to a workspace.

That would means :

• the user set up his own add-on preset : add-ons for UVs (like the Magic UV add-on,etc)
• switching to the UV editing workspace offload unselected add-on in the preset and load selected add-on set in the preset

it would make the add-on management much easier and the blender start would always be as quick as possible
