Hyperthreading / codetesters

How much / what areas etc of blender are hypertheaded?

Code testers - Are you looking for code testers? I realize the forms are what you might want testers to be... But I am more interested in working with 1 area or developer. They tell me what was changed, done, what they would want tested, then I thoroughly test that. Any usefulness there?
