where do I go to ask about things UI related?

Been trying for a while now to find a proper forum to where a person can post questions about Blender and it's UI or other things? Seems all the groups I see listed always look to be on very very pure subjects and none so far that I can find have anything to do with issues with the UI or for that matter anything else like that. I know I must be wrong, but wow, if so then I make a suggestion now to PLEASE list a group/forum what ever for this sort of thing. I clicked on every one of the little icons on the left hand side of this screen and have doen searches on the net and it feels as though everything is purely art related. Some sites down right tell you at the start that their forum is NOT for Blender issues, or in my case, UI related.

I did a search right here for Blender/Tablet related problems and could not find one single referrence on the subject, other then in some wish list forum, I think it was the RightClick place but I may be wrong and that was just for "wishes". I need to know something specific and how I can things resolved?

Sorry if this is in a wrong forum, I simply gave up on where to even ask this question much less my actual inquiry about tablets and Blender UI.

Zoom doesn't work at all ev even though the other gadgets for rotate and move work just fine on my tablet.

thanx.............md :)
