I think this guy is an autodesk bot. It's flooding the forums with negative posts that doesn't completely make sense. The user was created hours ago and posts the same uncomprehensible frases everywhere....
Autodesk people must be very afraid.
And, sir, if you are really not a bot, explain better your problem, to the correct guy, and wait for an answer instead of multiplying your posts and linking them everywhere like a bot.

Using windows x32 or x64?
Side note. Blender 2.8, I believe, stopped supporting windows 32bit
You can't use any add-ons? Or you can't use some add-ons that you're trying to install?
