3D Cursor local axis rotation

Since I 2.8's 3D cursor can have it's rotation axis, it come to me as a surprise that I can't use them when Pivot Point is set to 3D Cursor. Upon the double click on an axis button it just rotate it in world orientation. Dudes, come on, it would be so awesome to use 3D Cursors axis and rotate objects around them withot the need to make objects own axis rotated. Same goes to creating objects and changing origin - it would be so easy and intuitive if origin inherit rotation of 3D Cursor.
