* As you work through the scenarios that define this addon, what are the chances of creating nodes that tie your work to the procedural addons such as Sverchok and Animation Nodes?
I use Bitwig (DAW) which allows me perfect communication between my Eurorack synth and computer but my point is that in the newest 3.0 release of Bitwig they've built in a device called the PolyGrid which allows users to create modular/generative synth patches. I thought this might be of some use to you as you work through scenarios that will demonstrate just how useful a MIDI addon working in realtime with EEVEE could be.

* Animation nodes for shure. I learn it use it and I love it. I can already use it with the result of my script. I prepare some factory AN configurations. Maybe later when my add-on live it's own life, I try to integrate my work more embedded with AN. For the realtime vizualisation from MIDI... it will be the phase 4 lol.
