Hola Pablo, No question today. Huge thanks to you and the whole Blender team for being so open and true to the moto - 'freedom to create'. I recently dipped my toes into the development side of things, and I was seriously impressed by the openness. From blender.chat to discussions on features in the issues tab or devtalk. Also, the devs are very kind in answering noob questions (: It's clear that you guys truly care about Blender. Thanks to blender, I've grasped the value of free and open-source software.

Hi Pablo, I expect you're having a wonderful day so far :)

My question is around the texturing system upgrade, I'm concerned how Blender is so focused on stylized art, maybe due to the studio, and not as focused on a major part of the market which is photorealistic. In particular there is a lot of effort going into improving existing systems which are already working well, while texturing is broken and not brought up to parity with the rest of the system.

Will texturing be worked on in the reasonable near future, or continue to be put off until some future point?

Hello Pablo ! How are you ? That's the fifth time i try to ask you this haha :D

I was wondering, are the little dynamic teasers like the 2.9 one a thing that will continue for the next blender versions or is it totally abandonned ?

I'm talking about this: youtube.com/watch

Thanks for your answer ! :)

Hello pablo, As geometry nodes is getting popular and used more why not give it a seperate name and icon in the Add menu like " Geo Node " and the icon of this node should be similar like points we see in "instance on points" also the icon of this node should be consisent on all zoom level just like 3d cursor. It will streamline the workflow of Geo.node creation.

Blender should organise competition for different things becuase this is the thing that actually refine the art and working like competition for Geometry nodes, for splash screen. i have recently seen PWnisher organising such competition and it is getting popular drastically. youtube.com/watch

Hello You have about 3 thousand devfund subscribers. It's not that much. Maybe you should tell people to support blender more often. YouTubers say that when they ask people to subscribe, they actually subscribe a lot more. And maybe you should just ask or make a video, challenge people to reach 10 thousand DEVfund subscribers. P.S. I have a subscription but I can't login with blenderid

Hola, Amigo, I have not seen an option in Geometry Nodes that has a text creation option. If it is not there, can it please be added?

Hi Pablo, in Geometry Nodes, there would be a nice feature to have boundary information without creating the subtraction nodes. Adding it to the Object Info Node would be excellent.

I have a post, see link below, that covers this more. blender.community/c/today/w2lr/

Hello and all that.

I've been oogling the meeting notes and seen a lot of Sculpt/Texture/Paint meetings and the stuff being discussed are Cool and Good™, but I have not seeen anything in the daily builds. Whats up with that? Is it all gearing up for big change in the future? Am I looking in the wrong places? Am I underestimating how long it takes to implement all that stuff?

Probably.

HI Pablo! How are you doing? Any chance of removing/inverting the necessity of holding alt to apply changes in the properties panel to all selected objects instead of just the active one in the next versions?

Thanks for the answer!
