How do I contact blender to give clarification on a question they did not quite answer?

Hi Blender Community,

I recently got a question answered on the latest developer talk, however the developer talking did not quite know what I meant and answered my question with a reply that was off base from what I was trying to ask. Is there any way I could contact blender to tell them what I meant by this question and potentially get an answer?
