A transformation is nothing else than adding values. Take a math node, plugg it before the ramp and leave it set to "add". Play with the second value. Done. Of course this only works for shifting all flags at once. For single flags there is a new ramp node under construction, but i don't know more. Might still take a while to see it popping up.
* @grinsegold * This would be a very helpful feature sometimes you just want to move specific sliders only and not all of the sliders.
