think thats a good video. the first part shows how much benefit you get (also the possibillity to render on two instances of blender with one card on each instance) and second part with optimizations. I think when I would do a video about that it would nearly look like this. So dual gpu does not mean you get double speed.. to say it in short... especially with denoising on.
