object cant be manipulated in edit nor weight paint mode
I've been sending this in different forums in hopes of getting some advice about this mess . I can not use edit mode weight paint, move the pivot point . it is difficult to explain the odd way this file behaves . Here is a video.

thank you for your help but this was the first forum where I posted. I couldn't find a way to post a video in order to show the problem .and it is smth very difficult to describe.

Yes, you can't upload video here except links with markup. But what I wanted to say is blender.community website is not dedicated for blender support. If you post in BA you have the best chances. Uploading there the problematic blend file is even better.
