Have separate snapping toggle states for Node View and 3D Viewport
I always use snapping in the node editors (shader editor, animation nodes, etc), because it makes nice tidy graphs. But I almost never use it in the viewport, except for special cases. Right now there's one global setting for 'snapping on /off'
tool_settings.use_snap
so I have to remember to hit shift+tab every time I go from working in a node editor to a 3D viewport to switch the snapping state. I would suggest that it might make more sense if shift+tab toggles snapping only in the current context rather than globally?
