View Region as Tweak (apply to object - Plane) aditionaly to Select Box/Region

In default ctr+b is Select Box/Region, want suggest to change this in simply way as Tweak to select object (eg. Plane to move this) Ability to place section planes to cut a model

• it be nice to work with shading mode ;p
