New Camera Rotation Values
As a default, maybe a new camera should get oriented at clean 90 degree whole numbers instead of random angles depending on how you're looking at your scene.

So... snapping to whole number increments for rotation? Why?
* @Jason van Gumster * most new objects get placed on 90 degree increments, nice and clean. Cameras come in based on your current view, which is never the view I want a camera. Maybe it's just me, but the change would make cameras come in like all other objects.
So it makes a new camera based on the viewport direction but still places it at 0,0,0?
Seems like its only doing half of what you would want it to do, and having a new camera come in at a good angle would be better, and then if you want to have a view aligned on then have a seperate thing like this:

are you talking about the default camera that gets loaded in the start-up scene ? you can edit your startup scene to position it to however you like (I personally don't cause I just alogn the camera with CTRL+ALT+0, and so don't really rotate the camera with R)
