Adjust Empty Display Size - magnet snap and bounding box

The idea is to implement for Adjust Empty Display Size - magnet snap and bounding box.

• simple, the Adjust Empty Display Size edges can be snapped to any object if magnet snap is turned on
• in case of size of this element, as object can be as edges if requires (options in object properties) - temporary for movements, object set process, etc.

By fact that collection is often child for empty, then looking some bounding box for whole objects.

• Give Edit object for empty for manage collection instance
• Object properties - sizes (Add and BPY)

The idea is to implement bounding box by:

• empty edges from upper options as looks or
• child edges/verts or faces from all object that parent have

Olso when duplicated collection/empty, the Adjust Empty Display Size should have this same sizes to not edit this again.. it's stupid job.
