Give Edit object for empty for manage collection instance

My idea is to omit steps with offset as option to edit empty and then we can have something like component with immersion where we can change parameters for collection, eg. position like origin etc. or add other objects youtu.be/K9HKlpaOHVw
- then we don't need more operate by offset or something crazy, just move object collection inside empty
- Add "Set Offset from Cursor" to the Collection Properties Tab

if I understand, you want a container object?

In short.. for this idea and vision. Collection as child for empty object is like vert, and can be moved/edited in edit mode as normally object.
