Time Offset Cycles for Grease Pencil

It would be awesome if we could control how many times a grease pencil animation looped, or if we could add an "end frame." This would be helpful in scenes where the character is walking, stops to do something, and then continues walking again. The cycles tool in the graph editor is perfect for this, but as far as I can tell it doesn't work on animated grease pencil frames.

Right now I'm dedicating one scene per looped animation and then I add them into the video sequencer to rig together the animation. It works, but it isn't the most intuitive solution. It also takes a lot of back and forth to set up, vs. having time offset loop controls that can be used on frame by frame grease pencil animations.

I want to mention I'm newer to Blender, so there might be a better tool for this already that I'm not aware of.
