Blender Benchmark should be available on the System menu, which is not:
as it was available on the System menu in Blender 2.4:
This idea was marked as a duplicate of Blender Benchmark integrated into Blender itself.

There was the same proposal three weeks ago, with pretty strong arguments against it:

Did it disappear all that long ago and you just now discovered a use for it? What did it do exactly compared to the Experimental tab in the User Preferences for special debugging?
