Grease Pencil: let only specific layers be affected by effects

At the moment grease pencil effects like blur and glow seem to apply to the entire stroke object instead of being able to pick which layer it can effect. It would be nice if we could pick.

I'm looking for the same option but no chance yet :( At the moment, you can separate your Grease Pencil object layers to separate GP objects and then apply FX to each GP object.
